Sponsorship Proposal

We are presently seeking sponsors with similar interests and like tastes to share in an appeal to sophisticated consumers.  We want companies with a conviction, better yet a passion to deliver upscale experiences.  Companies that are committed to providing quality products and services to progressive consumers.  Companies who share the desire to achieve the true essence of Glamour Life, and deliver their ingredients to the Global Bazaar.

Your participation as a sponsor will enable you to reach an invaluable target of literally thousands of progressive urban professionals through several media vehicles.  We have an email database with over 30,000 highly segmented clients.  In addition, we have a Web site that gets over 100,000 hits per week.  We also employ street teams that distribute flyers to our target patrons where they work and play on a weekly basis.  Finally, we use the top rated radio stations in All the cities we operate in to generate awareness and trial for sponsoring brands, as well as to advertise our events.

  We view sponsorship as a strategic relationship and partnership.  We design programs that are tailored to each individual partner’s needs.  Currently we are looking for exclusive content sponsors of several categories on our Web site.  This will take the form of an online presence branded to the specifications of each partner.  This exclusivity will incorporate a grassroots component allowing for direct personal interaction with our sophisticated clientele at our events as well.  Finally, we employ traditional media vehicles to round out our offering, and ensure the needs of even our most discerning partners will be met.

 There are several sponsorship packages available for your consideration.
 Interactive Package: Email/Website  $3,500.00
*Your company will be featured as an exclusive content sponsor for one of the main topics on our site.  We have opportunities for First Fridays, Final Fridays, Special Events, Lifestyles, and our Photo Gallery sections.  As a content sponsor, the section you sponsor will be branded to deliver whatever concise message you wish to convey in a natural context.  We take pride in forming a rapport with upscale consumers.  Your sponsorship will enable you to appeal to these consumers with insights that resonate.  We can even build you a 2-5 page Website to directly promote your business in your own branded atmosphere.  This mini site can serve as a link built with your existing site and ours to execute unique promotions, or it can give small companies a basic professional web presence at low cost.  We will also drive traffic to the site through direct messages targeted to our distribution list.  You can promote any products or services you desire.  Flexibility is the key.  We treat each sponsor uniquely, and take the extra steps to accomplish your unique objectives.
 Table/Booth at an event  $1,500.00
*Establish awareness by setting up an information table which can be used to interface with thousands of our professional clientele.  You can display banners, distribute product and equity samples, and/or personally interact face to face with consumers.  You will have the ability to sell or contract merchandise, tickets, or services.
 Comprehensive Package  $5,000.00
*Total marketing plan which will provide tags on our radio ads, Interactive package, email announcements, logo and advertisements on flyers, and a booth as a featured business at an event.

*All packages are for 1 month, unless negotiated otherwise
